Sure, these hurdles are real. If you're really honest with yourself, you probably think you don't know what you're doing half the time. Blog posts about time management won't shift the pain and overwhelm towards functional stability. You need to understand your unique contributions; the gifts that each individual brings to the table. You must to be brutally honest about your capacity. You can hone your intuition and learn to say NO way more. You ought to focus on your community and understand what their needs are.
